    Yes. Cancel from your account dashboard. Your access continues through the end of the billing period.

  • Is there a free trial of paid plans?

    Every paid plan has a 14-day money-back window. If it's not for you, email us — no friction.

  • Do I have to put in a credit card to start?

    No. The free download requires nothing. Paid plans need a card; you're never auto-upgraded.

  • What counts as a 'device'?

    Anything with an IP on your network — phones, laptops, IoT, printers, the router. We don't double-count IPv4 and IPv6 for the same device.

  • Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
